Proposal Tracker turns commercial proposals into branded tracked links, allowing businesses to monitor prospect engagement in real-time. It enables users to write proposals in Markdown, generate a personal link per recipient, and track reads, scrolls, and clicks on calls-to-action. The system automatically tracks sections of the proposal that are read, when the price is opened, and which leads are ready to buy. Every signal a salesperson needs is captured, including opens, return visits, and scroll depth.
The tool assigns a score to each lead based on their engagement, promoting those who read the price, returned, or clicked the call-to-action, and flagging unengaged leads after 48 hours. This score is used to determine the next best lead to follow up on. The system supports multiple languages out of the box, including English, Russian, Spanish, German, and Chinese.
A private branded deployment is available, allowing companies to deploy the proposal tracking portal into their own environment or a dedicated cloud instance. The one-time license fee grants access to the branded portal, company logo and color customization, and proposal engagement tracking. Support, updates, and custom improvements are handled separately. The tool eliminates the need for manual tracking and CRM learning, allowing users to simply paste, share, and monitor proposal engagement.
